With my three quarter century, I'm prepubescent to a Greenland shark
and ancient to an octopus. But measured against geology,
all our struggles barely hit even the smallest mark.
Our lives need celebration: the octopus, shark and I
dance between order and chaos, and unconsciously try
to build against time's length without apology
