Walk with me, she said, expectant, by the door.
You've got things more important, all urgent, I know,
but there's just a few moments before forever I'll go,
and there are rabbits and grass, wind, hawks and more,
that I want to chase with you, so we can both see
how the world fills with joy when you walk with me.
